Hello!

Wow, I hadn’t touched this backup since I created it, so I didn’t know people were visiting it. This was a backup of all reblogs made from 2016 to 2018, to prepare in the case of being purged from Tumblr’s system during the porn ban. This blog didn’t focus on porn but other “unmentionables” were being eliminated so I uploaded the blog onto here in order to have a copy available to the public. I downloaded the posts for myself on a hard drive.

We didn’t get purged like I was expecting so this WordPress transfer was a little heavy-handed I suppose. But still, I’m glad that people visit it.

You can visit the actual (and still updating!) blog at daverosed.tumblr.com. I’m still collecting daverose fanart and reblogging it. Someday we’ll run out, but maybe more people will create content instead.

Anyway, thanks for visiting! I’m glad this wordpress has been getting some use.

a thought that haunted me the other night at like 2 am: rose and dave hold hands in their sleep. doesnt matter if they went to sleep holding hands, or if they fell asleep a stupid distance away from each other—at some point during the night or day or whenever theyre sleeping, rose’s hand finds dave’s, or dave’s finds rose’s, (they can never figure out which) and they wake up like that. one time dave falls asleep sprawled across the foot of the bed and rose falls asleep curled up on top of the pillows and somehow they wake up the next day, arms outstretched, fingers linked. they crash at john’s house, rose on the couch, dave on the floor, and rose wakes with a dead arm bc it was hanging over the side, fingertips tracing dave’s palm.
