Most of the panels are directly ripped from pages 117-119 of chapter 118 of MONSTER, by Naoki Urasawa, though the panel composition is different and I’ve made some other changes. No tracing though!

wanted to try drawing with pens but
I kinda ended up doing a convo between Rose and Dave where Dave tried to ask her out and when he finally did he did it so ambiguously that Rose couldn’t figure out what kind of outing he was referring to. So when they finally go out Rose assumes it’s just a free-for-all outing (like the outing isn’t really planned out, and she or he can decide to go where ever whenever they want) so she brings him to the library and borrows books and makes him carry them and then now he’s getting kind of annoyed that she absolutely does not get his sentiments at all.
Not that he minds following her to the library. He’s more annoyed at her very simple clothes which really reflects on how she doesn’t take his advances in *that* kind of manner.
tl;dr proportions are off but it was kinda fun doing this
